How do I enter a competition?

Create an account, pick a competition, choose how many tickets you want, answer the skill question correctly, and check out. You'll be given random ticket numbers and shown any instant wins straight away.

Why is there a skill question?

These are prize competitions of skill, not lotteries. Answering a genuine skill-based question correctly is what makes your entry valid - it's how UK prize competitions work legally.

Can I enter for free?

Yes - every competition has a free postal entry route with the same chance of winning. See Free Entry for how. No purchase is ever necessary.

What are instant wins?

Some competitions have prizes tied to specific ticket numbers. If one of your tickets matches, you win instantly - shown on screen and confirmed by email - on top of still being entered into the main draw.

How is the main draw done?

When a competition closes, the winner is drawn at random from all valid entries using a provably-fair method - we publish a seed so anyone can verify the result wasn't rigged. Many draws are also streamed live. Results go on our Draw Results page.

How will I know if I've won?

We'll email you and publish the winning username and ticket number on the site. Make sure your account details are up to date.

How do I get my prize?

Physical prizes are delivered to your registered UK address. Cash and site credit are paid to your account. We'll be in touch after the draw.

What is site credit?

Credit you can use towards entering future competitions. It has no cash value and is non-transferable. You can win it as an instant prize or through giveaways.

Do you show who's entered?

Yes - for transparency, each competition has a public entry list showing usernames and ticket numbers. We never show anyone's real name, email or personal details.
