How we keep it fair

• 18+ only. You must be 18 or over and in the UK to enter. We may ask you to verify your age.
• A free entry route, always. Every competition can be entered for free by post with the same chance of winning - no purchase necessary. See Free Entry.
• Skill, not chance. Entry needs a correct answer to a skill question, and main winners are picked provably fairly - see how winners are picked.
• Entry limits. Every competition caps the number of tickets one person can hold, to keep spending in check.
• Set your own spend limits. You can set a weekly and monthly cap in your account. Lowering a limit applies instantly; raising or removing one takes 24 hours - so you always stay in control.
• Only spend what you can afford. Never chase losses or spend money you need for other things.
